We are accustomed to designing, installing and managing control and automation systems. These systems can be a simple as an 
intelligent remote control system for a single room but often involve multi room controls, touch screens, audio, video, digital distribution, control of Heating and Air conditioning, control of lighting and more.
For example, we offer smart screen technologies and integrated HVAC controls from companies like GE Ecomagination, Control 4, HAI and others. Our licensed electrical team works hand-in-hand with our control systems experts to assure that you get a system that provides long-lasting satisfaction. Automated lighting and HVAC combined with solar system monitoring can tie the most consuming systems in a typical home together. Triggers can be set to start say the 
dishwasher only if the solar panels are producing at a certain level during the day.

SunTalk Solar is partnered with master electrician based Green Hornet Energy, to provide serious electrical services, upgrades when needed, and energy conserving services and equipment such as Lighting and KVAR. For commercial clients, we can do thorough evaluations and audits of electrical loads and usage patterns looking for ways to attack electric consumption, conservation and improvements in energy management.
KVAR in particular is a remarkable system that conditions power to make motors run more efficiently with less electricity and in turn makes motor driven appliances and equipment last longer. For a residential client with air conditioning and a fan driven heating system, KVAR can reduce the payback time of your solar array often by 1 year or more. For commercial applications where motors are in steady use, KVAR also serves to enhance the economics of Solar adding 1% - 2.5% to the ROI profile of a solar system.
